Hi, my name is Fiona, and I’ll be your Nutritionalist and Wellness Coach here at Premier Slimming Group

Premier Pilates and Fitness now have Premier Slimming in its portfolio. It makes sense to mix fitness with a healthy eating plan.

We have an excellent Weight Loss Target Program that gives you education and insights about nutrition and fitness. In our first year, we have helped our clients lose lots of lbs and stones, making them all happier and healthier.

When you first visit the slimming club, you will be asked to complete a client questionnaire. This will allow us to recommend the best plan and exercise regime. We then discuss setting a realistic target weight, as this is definitely a way to achieve greater long-term results faster. We recommend a healthy weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds weekly.

We run small groups and one-to-one sessions to help motivate you on your wellness and weight loss journey. And joining fellow members on the same journey is an excellent way of supporting each other.

Nutrition with personal training is perhaps the best way to get into shape and lose weight. Exercise can increase metabolism, or how many calories you burn in a day, and we would encourage you to try one of our fitness classes.

We believe that setting a realistic target weight increases the chances of success and motivates you to do better and better.

Nutracheck uses the proven food diary approach to weight loss and weight maintenance. It also links with Fitbit and Apple’s Healthkit.
